Thule Doubletrack vs Swagman Chinook for a 2017 Honda Pilot

Which one is best for 2 bikes on a 2017 Honda Pilot with trailer hitch. Thule doubletrack or Swagman Chinook? We are in our 60’s. Thanks.

I recommend going with the Swagman Chinook # S64683 over the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT # TH92BJ strictly because the Chinook has a higher weight capacity at 45 lbs per bike as opposed to 35 lbs per bike for the DoubleTrack Pro XT.

The only things that the DoubleTrack Pro XT has over the Chinook is that it has a more stylish look (in my opinion), it is made in the USA, and it weighs 15 lbs less than the alternative. With that being said, the Chinook still has a great look, it comes with a limited lifetime warranty, and since it comes with locks you can essentially leave it installed on your vehicle all of the time if 47 lbs is too much for you to be installing and removing.
