Gooseneck to Fifth Wheel Hitch Adapters Compatible with Round Shank Curt Receivers

Does anyone make a adapter for a Curt underbed hitch which nis round to a BandW under bed hitch which is square. I have a BandW companion fifth wheel adapter and would like to use it with the Curt hitch which my new truck already had installed?

We have a solution that will give you the ability to use a fifth wheel adapter with the Curt gooseneck hitch you have in your truck, but there is nothing that will allow your B&W Companion hitch to fit into the round ball hole on your gooseneck hitch.
We do carry the Curt X-5 Hitch Adapter Plate, part # C16210, that is designed to work with your Curt hitch. This adapter comes with the round shank needed for the gooseneck hitch you have installed in your vehicle. Once this adapter I installed, you can use any fifth wheel hitch that mounts to the industry standard above-bed base rails.
