Is Braking Affected By Switching From 6,000 lb to 8,000 lb Hydraulic Drum Brake Actuator

Question:

If I change from a two inch ball 6000 lb actuator to a 2 5/15 in ball 8k actuator on a trailer that has a GVWR of 4900 lb. Will the braking be effected?

Going from an actuator such as the Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator - Drum Brakes - Zinc Plated - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM72VR to a larger one, the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum - 2-5/16" Ball - Bolt On - 8,000 lbs # T4079200 will slightly affect the braking. It will be a smidgen more rigid due to the added strength of the larger capacity actuator, but this is something that will be very minimal and won't affect the way your trailer rides.

I have added a link to a video review of the Titan actuator for you to check out.
