According to the installation instructions which I have linked for you, raising the vehicle is not one of the installation steps. In addition to the installation instructions I have also included links to some FAQ articles on Firestone suspension and upgrades.

If you have a sawz-all that would be the easiest. But otherwise a hand saw would make quick work of the bump stop of your 2007 Toyota Tundra to install the Firestone kit part #F2445 that you referenced.
