Can the Wheel Trays On the Swagman E-Spec 2 Be Adjusted

Can the trays on this rack be adjusted side to side to allow the bikes to stagger to avoid handlebar and pedal conflicts?

The Swagman E-Spec 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S6469 has adjustable wheel trays. The sliding wheel cradles with ratcheting straps let you carry bikes with different wheelbases. This is unique to the E-Spec 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack part # S94FR. Most platform racks do not have that feature.
