Platform Bike Rack That Will Mount On The Back Of An RV With A Spare Tire Carrier

I am looking for a platform 2-bike rack that would clear the spare tire on the back of my Navion RV. Would the Swagman 2-bike platform do that?

The Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack part # S64663 has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the first part of the upright mast of 10-1/2" and 8" to the wheel hoop. If the tire protrudes outward more than 10 inches beyond the center of the hitch pin hole of your RV's hitch then this bike rack will not work.
For a bike rack with a greater distance from center of the hitch pinhole to the upright mast, I recommend using the Swagman E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack part # S94FR as this will give 15-1/4". Therefore, the tire can protrude outward 14-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole on the RV's trailer hitch before coming in contact with the bike rack.
