The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET that you referenced does include 4-point sway control to keep your trailer steady behind your tow vehicle but this system uses integrated sway control that is built into the head and lift brackets. It does not require a separate friction anti-sway bar like # 17200 or # 83660. These friction bars do use a small 1-1/4-inch hitch ball like # RP58060 for installation. The sway control built into the Equal-i-zer will perform much better than a simple friction bar.
