3 Bike Rack Recommendations for Carrying Womens and Kids Bikes
Question:
I am looking for a 3 bike rack to be used to carry 2 regular adult MTB and one child bike. I am leaning towards the platform rack so I dont have to buy additional accessories for both my wife and sons bikes. I have a 2015 BMW X5 that has a Curt 2inch hitch. Can you please recommend a few options?

Platform bike racks do offer several advantages like the one you mentioned of not needing adapter for kids or women's bikes. They also are much easier to load and hold the bikes in a more stable way. The Transfer part # KU24FR that you referenced is a really great option but I wouldn't recommend it as a first option since you have a kids bike. If the kids bike is just a little smaller than standard bikes it will work great, but if the bike is considerably smaller the wheelbase would be an issue.
The RockyMounts MonoRail part # RKY10004-10005 would be a really great option too. Its also relatively lightweight but since the tire cradles can slide in and out a bit more you have a bit more flexibility in the wheelbase of kids bikes that will fit.
All of the other available options are at the attached link on this page but they are considerably more expensive so I think one of the two mentioned is more what you'd be interested in. I attached review videos for these as well.
