What Hub/Drum Assembly Fits with the 10 Dexter Axle Brake Assemblies

Does this kit include drums? If not what part number will fill for a pair of drums?

The kit # 23-26-27 that you referenced only comes with left and right hand 10" brake assemblies. The drums are sold separately.
The typical hub and drum assembly that fits with these brakes is the etrailer 3,500 lb # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. Even though this is compatible with these brakes you need to verify that the 5 on 4-1/2" pattern is correct for your wheels and that your spindle uses an # L68149 inner bearing, # L44649 outer bearing, and a grease seal that has 1.719" and 2.565" inner and outer dimensions. Please note that this is a single hub and drum assembly so you need 2 per brake assembly kit that you referenced.
