There are two hitches that look identical for my vehicle. Which one? can you compare them?

That is an excellent question, and I believe you were referring to the trailer hitches for your 2017 Subaru Outback that have concealed cross tubes, the Curt # C13410 and the Draw-Tite # 76227.
The Curt and Draw-Tite are both cost-effective and they have towing capacities of 600 lb tongue weight and 4,000 lb towing capacities.
Essentially the only real difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite is the fact that the Curt is assembled in the USA while the Draw-Tite is not.
Both the Curt # C13410 and Draw-Tite # 76227 install the same, with neither requiring drilling into your Subaru's frame, but with some fascia trimming required, though the amount that needs to be trimmed is the same for both hitches. They both also come with a lifetime warranty which speaks to their strength so choosing the most cost-effective option is certainly warranted in this case.
I have added links to video installs of each hitch on a 2017 Subaru Outback for you to check out.
