I would recommend the Curt Class I receiver hitch, # C11135 for your 2012 Nissan Juke front wheel drive. The reason is that this is the only hitch we have at this time that is verified to fit the front wheel drive model Juke.
All of the hitches available for the Nissan Juke are going to install in essentially the same location, and one would not be more visible than another. Many people like the look of a round cross tube at the rear of the vehicle better than a square cross tube, but this option is not available for the FWD model at this time.
When using the Curt Class I hitch for carrying bikes and cargo carriers Curt Mfg. requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, or any similar strap that is compatible with your bike rack or cargo carrier.
Class I hitches are limited to carrying 2 bikes. I would recommend our best selling Swagman XTC-2 platform bike rack, # S64670, because the raised shank provides clearance at the rear of the vehicle.
If you will be carrying womens or childrens bikes without a horizontal top frame you will also need an adapter bar like the Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, # Y02531.
A good choice for a cargo carrier would be the Draw-Tite Cargo Carrier, # 6500, which also has a raised shank for ground clearance.
