Question:
Can this kit be used for a complete new install on a trailer with 14inch wheels? No hydraulics, and what actuator/control do you recommend?

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R35S can fit on a trailer with 14 inch wheels as long as the axle is a 3,500 lb axle and has brake flanges behind the spindle like in the picture I attached.
