The trailer hitch that I recommend for your 2017 Freedom Express Liberty 279RLDSLE travel trailer is the Curt # 13703 which is compatible with box frames, C-channel frames, or I-beam frames that are 22" - 72" wide. I'm not quite sure how wide your frame is but this trailer hitch typically fits the bill for trailers.
Since there is more movement at the rear of a travel trailer only certain bike racks have been tested and approved as strong enough to handle this extra movement. Because of this the only bike rack that is rated for use on a travel trailer and has the weight capacity for E-Bikes is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches # KU84FR. This bike rack secures your bikes by the wheels which means it's compatible with any bike that doesn't have a front fender, has a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike, and comes with bike and rack locks to give you some peace of mind.
I have attached a sample installation video of the trailer hitch on a Forest River travel trailer as well as a review video of the Transfer V2 for you to check out. Please note that per Curt you must use the stabilizer strap # 18050 for a bike rack or cargo carrier when using this particular trailer hitch.
