Product Weight of Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier with Load Extender

Hello, I was wondering what the weight of the product is the actual product, not the weight it can carry. Using it in conjunction with a tow behind trailer and just wanted to check how much weight this would be adding. Considering for my 2011 Silverado 1500 to carry 2 kayaks. Thank you

The Darby Extend-A-Truck Kayak Carrier w/ Hitch Mounted Load Extender and Single-Bar Roof Rack # DTA944-968-924 has a shipping weight of 34 lbs. You can then add the Darby Foam Kayak Block for Extend-a-Rack # MPG158 which will add a 1/2 lb for your second kayak.

This will work well with the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs # D210 or something similar to allow you to also tow your trailer.
