Troubleshooting Installing New 7-Way and Connector Does Not Work
Question:
I rewire the seven pin plug I wire exactly color wire to the plug color label.i plugged in no power on trailer any suggestion thank you.

A lot of times you can rewire a 7-way by matching color for color but unfortunately the wire colors don't always match. If you check out the picture I attached you can see two different ways a 7-way will get wired.
Best solution will be to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test all of the pins on the new 7-way and see if they match what's on the diagram as you apply the different taillight functions. From there you would need to make the appropriate modifications.
