Hello, Can I ask if C13146 works for 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD?

I am happy to confirm that the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13146 is a fit for your 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L with all-wheel drive; I double-checked this fit with the manufacturer for you. The only thing to note is that it will only fit a Pilot with an 18" or smaller spare tire under the car, but that is true of each of the hitches that fit a '19 Pilot.

The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13146 is a great option because it has a concealed crosstube so your Pilot maintains its clean look and is a complete bolt-on installation so no drilling into your Honda's frame is required. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop – along with a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
