The towing capacity of your truck will depend on your engine and axle ratio. Your truck will have a GCWR listed inside the door jamb of your driver's door. You then subtract the GVWR of the truck itself from that number and you will have the trailer weight you can pull.
The size of the trailer isn't important as long as the weight is within the maximum capacity. The 6 inch lift won't impact the towing capacity but will impact the drop needed for your ball mount to tow level and often impacts sag at the rear. There is normally more sag on a lifted truck, so you may want to consider the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2430 you asked the question from. You would just need the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 6" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2374 based on the Altitude Lift package you have. This will level your truck from sag.
If you want adjustability at any time, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote # AL25980. This will allow you to adjust as needed from inside or outside your truck.
