Helpful Expert Reply:
We do have a Curt T-Connector that fits a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL but the part # C55124 that you referenced does not fit.
Instead you need part # C56407 which tees in behind your tail lights and then draws power directly from your battery via the included black wire. The great thing about drawing power directly from your battery is that your vehicle wiring is completely protected in the event that something goes wrong with your trailer wiring.
Attached is an installation video of this wiring kit being installed on a 2018 JL for you to reference.
I also recommend installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT78MR if you don't already have a trailer hitch because it has the highest weight ratings of our 2" receivers for your Jeep. We actually installed this on the same 2018 JL and I have attached that video as well. This comes with a mounting bracket that you can connect the bracket # 18144 to so that your 4-Way is permanently installed next to your trailer hitch.
If towing is what you have in mind then you also need a ball mount kit if you don't already have one. I recommend checking out the Curt # C45036 which has a 2" drop and comes with a 2" ball (installed) as well as a pin/clip. The linked ball mount article will help you determine whether or not the 2" drop is correct for your application.
