The Hidden Hitch 87440 was discontinued and replaced with the Draw-Tite # 75547 which is the same design so you will have measurement of 3 inches from the hitch pin hole to the outer bumper. The 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 450 lbs # M2205 has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier of 14 inches when in use and 12 inches when folded up. It will absolutely fit on your 2011 Honda CR-V with your Hidden Hitch. I've attached a video to assist.
You may want to consider the 24x48-3/4 Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier # M2205-01-02 which comes with the bag to keep your gear protected. It will have the same measurements from the center of the hitch pin hole to the carrier.
