Recommended Cable Tire Chains for 255/45R20 Tires on 2018 Audi Q5

Hi, I found the attached correspondence for Q5 but with a different tire size 235/55R19. Could you kindly recommend a proper snow chain/cable for my Q5 with 255/45R20 tires please?
