Does Bed Need to be Removed to Install B&W Gooseneck Hitch on a 4th Generation Ford Super Duty
Question:
Can you take the bed off to install the hitch And if the bed is already dimpled for fords puck system is that the same center hole measurement for the BandW?

If you are able to remove the bed and you would rather do that to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 on a 2017-2019 Ford Super Duty then it is up to you. But B&W actually designed this so that you don't have to take the bed off for the installation. The center hole does line up with that dimple for the OEM prep package but it will likely be easier to perform the installation with the bed still on.
I have attached both an installation video on a 2017 F-350 and the written instructions so you can get an idea of how this installs.
If you don't already have a 7-Way installed in the bed of your Super Duty then I definitely recommend installing the Bargman # 50-97-410-010 to make connecting/disconnecting your trailer wiring much easier.
