Will the Thule OutWay Bike Rack Fit on a 2012 Acura TL Advanced

I just wanted to verify that the TH45JV bike rack will work/fit on the 2012 TL by Acura Advanced Model 4 door model as a rear mounted bike rack. I have not been able to find much for this car since it is a 2012. I did a search and this pages title states that this mount will work but I wanted to verify before purchasing.
