There is a great hitch for your 2019 Honda Odyssey that has an installation video so you can see just how easy it is to install, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98855. This hitch is easy to install and does not require any drilling into the frame of your '19 Odyssey. I have attached the link to the installation video of this hitch for you to check out as well as a link to the written instructions.

The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98855 is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver and has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 525 lb tongue weight capacity. It has a matte black powder coat finish which helps protect it from corrosion, is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.

For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118781. I have added a link to this harness being installed on a 2019 Odyssey for you to take a look at. It is also recommended you use Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, which will increase its durability and extend its lifespan.

I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.

You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise.
