The correct wiring harness for your 2019 Kia Sorento will depend on if it has the factory tow package or not.
If your '19 Sorento DOES have the factory tow package the best option is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56332 because it is simple to install; you will only need to plug it into connection points along the frame rail under your vehicle. The other reason to go with this harness is that its manufacturer, Tekonsha, has a very strong reputation for making high-quality wiring harnesses.
If your '19 Sorento DOES NOT have the factory tow package the best option is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118583 because it is also made from Tekonsha and is also easy to install. You will only need to plug it into connection points behind your taillights and run a hot lead to your battery. I have added links to installation videos of both connectors to a Kia Sorento for you to take a look at so you can see exactly what you will need to do to install these connectors.
It is also recommended you use Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, which will increase its durability and extend its lifespan. To mount either of these connectors on a trailer hitch that fits your '19 Sorento such as # E98843 you can use Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
