How to Allow 12 Volt Accessory Circuit of 7-Way to be Active All the Time

Sounds like you have a 7-way trailer wiring connector and the 12 volt accessory circuit turns off when the vehicle is turned off. The only way to bypass that so that the circuit is on all the time is to run a length of 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 from the positive post of the battery through a breaker like # 9510 to the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way which happens to be the pin in the 1:00 position.
