For a good set of chains on your 2018 Toyota Highlander with 245/55-19 tires I recommend Titan chain tire chains # TC2324. These chains have square links for good grip in snow and ice and are easy to install with color coded assistance. The chains come with a nice storage bag to keep them handy when not in use and keep your vehicle clean after use. Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for specific information on the use of tire chains. The online manual I found for your vehicle says to use chains for your front tires.
