Low Clearance Tire Chain Recommendation for 2017 Chevrolet Silverado with Tire Size 275/55-20

Question:

Looking for snow chains for 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, tire size 275/55/20. What am hearing from the dealer is some snow chains might interfere with the brake lines on back side of tire. Want to make sure before ordering. Thanks

Your best option will be to check with the dealer and ask them if a set of Class S compatible chains would clear the brake lines. Class S compatible chains require a much smaller amount of clearance compared to standard chains that are much thicker. They are designed for low clearance applications like it sounds like you have. For a set of Class S chains that fit your tire size of 275/55-20 we have the Titan chains part # TC2327 which are easier to install than most sets and provide great traction.
