Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier and Trailer Hitch Recommendations for a 2007 Honda Pilot

Which hitch mounted cargo carrier would you recommend for a 2007 Honda Pilot? Also, do you have to have a trailer hitch for one of these to work?

The Curt 20x48 Cargo Carrier, # C18145, would be a great choice for your 2007 Honda Pilot, especially if you have another vehicle with a 1-1/4 inch hitch that you may need to use the carrier on.
If you do not have a vehicle that requires a 1-1/4 inch shank, I would recommend the 20x60 Railed Cargo Carrier, # C18150, which has a larger 2 inch shank for the Class III hitches that are available for your Pilot. I linked a video review of this carrier for you to see.
We do have hitches designed for your 2007 Pilot. I recommend the CURT Class III Trailer Hitch, # 13328, for your Pilot. We have a video installation, see link, for you to review that should help with the installation and this hitch bolts directly to the vehicle with no drilling required.
