Fifth Wheel Hitch Options for 2018 Ford F-250 with Gooseneck Hitch

I have a 2018 f 250 with a gooseneck hitch as already in it I need a adapter to fit the ball to haul my 5th wheel

If the gooseneck hitch you have in the bed of your 2018 Ford F-250 is a B and W hitch then the correct fifth wheel hitch you'd need is the Companion part # BWRVK3500 if you have a long bed. This fits the gooseneck hitch ball and gives you a fifth wheel hitch that will work well for you. If instead you have a short bed and need a slider hitch for turning clearance you'd want the part # BWRVK3400.
If instead you see 4 pucks around the gooseneck ball that look like they were meant to have something installed into you'd have the factory rail kit and would want the Companion hitch that's designed to fit that directly. For that you'd want the # BWRVK3300 for if you have a long bed or part # BWRVK3370 for if you have a short bed and need a slider hitch for turning clearance.
