Tire chains are selected based on the specific tire size on the vehicle. Since any given vehicle can often come equipped with more than one standard tire size you'll want to check the sidewall on your tires for their sizing designation. The size will appear like the example I linked for you. My research indicates the RV comes with tire size 225/75R 16C and all chains for this size appear on the linked page. The Titan chains # TC2524 that you referenced do not fit this tire size but the similar set # TC2319 does.
Chains differ a lot in terms of their effectiveness and the effort required to install them. Basic inexpensive cable types such as Glacier # PW1042 will give you some traction improvement but not as much as with D-link chains like Thule's Konig chains # TH04115245 which are both much easier to put on and more effective thanks to their diamond pattern chain design.
I reviewed the online owner's manual for the 2018 Winnebago Travato Class B conversion van RV and I could not find any mention of the use of tire chains. I recommend checking your printed owner's manual or consulting with your local dealer for guidance on use of chains on the particular tires on your specific RV. Some vehicles will require Class S low-profile chains to avoid them making contact with the vehicle wheel wells.
