Question:
We just purchased a 2016 Forest River FR3 and the 3 roof vents are broken up and leaking so we need to replace them we wanted to the MA00-06200K however the ones that are currently in do not have fans in them do you know if they would have put the wiring inside even though there are no fans currently?

While we would not have any way to know for sure it is unlikely there is going to be wiring run.
In order to install the MaxxAir MaxxFan Trailer Roof Vent # MA00-06200K you would need to use Primary Wire - 16 Gauge # DW02359-1 to run wire to a 12V power source.
This vent is designed to fit standard RV roof openings of 14” x 14” and a minimum roof thickness of 1-1/8” to a maximum of 6-1/2”; it will also require the use of Sealant # 0160297 to ensure a tight bond between the flange and roof.
