5th Wheel Rail Kit Adapter for Fitting Reese Hitch to 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 w Factory Rail Kit  

Question:

I have a 2018 Chevy 3500 with the factory hitch package. I bought the ball for my gooseneck trailers but also need the 5th wheel rails so I use my Reese 5th wheel set up. What do I need to get so I can attach this to the factory holes already on the truck?

We have the rail adapter you need, but it depends on the length of your truck bed since the rail kits are different dimensions for different bed lengths. For the long bed GM trucks with the rail kits the correct adapter is the part # DM6206. Then for the short bed trucks you'd want the part # DM6194. Both kits provide the same type of rails that your Reese hitch would fit.
