Do I need Left and Right Side Trailer Tail Lights or Can I use 2 Right Side Trailer Lights
Question:
when i order tail lights for the trailer, do u need 1 left and 1 right?

Expert Reply:
Yes, if your trailer has a license plate directly below the left side tail light, you will need to order the Submersible LED Trailer Tail Light, # STL57RB, for the left side. This light has lighting to illuminate the license plate. For the right side you will need the light you referenced, # STL56RB.
If your trailer has a separate license plate light assembly, like part # PM436B, you can use a right side light, # STL56RB, on both sides of the trailer.
