Is Reese 2-1/2 inch Hitch Sleeve Adapter 58102 Safe to Use with Weight Distribution System
Question:
Is there any difference between the Reese Reducer Sleeve on your website and the 7028711 by Reese? I am wanting to use with my weight distribution hitch and am looking for reassurance that my family will be safe if I use the one I have. We pull the camper soon and I just want to make sure. Oh and this all due to upgrading my truck from a 150 to a 250 Super Duty. Any advice is appreciated!

Essentially the Reese hitch adapter part 7028711 you sent in a picture of and the Curt adapter part # C45405 are the same thing. Either is perfectly safe to use with a weigh distribution system in Ford F-150 or F-250.
