For your 2018 Toyota Tacoma that has the factory step bumper, I recommend the Curt Hitch # C13264. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your truck and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It features a 6,000 pound towing capacity and will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening.

If you were instead looking for an actual bumper mount option for your truck, we do have these available such as the Curt # E-3S, however they are universal designs that would likely require drilling into your truck and modification of the bumper. I definitely recommend going with a custom-fit hitch like the above mentioned Draw-Tite instead.
