The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98846 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017.5 Nissan Rogue. It will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation.
The rear hatch sensor on your Rogue will still work with the hitch installed. The only thing you may need to do is wave your foot around to the sides of the hitch receiver for the sensor to pick up your movement. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also check out. All of the needed hardware is included.
