As long as the combined load capacity of the tires still meet or exceed the loaded weight of your trailer, there is no particular reason you couldn't change to a smaller 205/75-15 tire like the Kenda Loadstar # AM1ST92 that you were looking at. Just keep in mind that the smaller size will also drop the ground clearance on the trailer just a bit. The current 235/75-15 size tires you have on the trailer feature an overall diameter/height of 28.9 inches, while the 205/75-15 tire will have an overall diameter/height of 27.1 inches. Only half of this difference (0.9 inch) will actually affect the ground clearance. This size tire will fit 15 inch wheels that have a 5 inch, 5-1/2 inch, 6 inch, or 6-1/2 inch width. You will just want to make sure your existing wheels are compatible.

The Kenda Loadstar # AM1ST92 has a maximum load of 1,820 pounds at 50 psi and an excellent speed rating of 81 mph. I have attached a short video demonstration on this particular tire that you can also check out.
