Tow Bar Replacement for Old Style Roadmaster Sterling with Damaged Inner Arm
Question:
I need to replace 1 inner arm on my older Sterling. It is serial number 9261 with a threaded end on one side and spring on other. Can you recommend correct part number. Also, is it ok to just replace one arm or do both need to be replaced at same time? Thank you

I reached out to my technical contact at Roadmaster and they said their records don't even go back to that serial number for replacement parts because they have so many updates since then that they don't have the inner arm available for your old Sterling tow bar. They said it is too old to replace just the inner arm, and another complete arm is also unavailable. Their recommendation is an update of your entire tow bar.
I recommend for that tow bar upgrade is the Roadmaster Falcon 2 # RM-520 or the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain # RM-576 if you want to have the cables and wiring integrated.
