What Fuse to Pull Before Flat-Towing a 2013 Honda CR-V
Question:
Your notation states that for a 2013 CRV the fuse located in position 19 is the accessory fuse and should be removed for towing long periods. On my CRV that location is empty. Care to discuss?

There are two different fuse boxes on your 2013 Honda CR-V. There is an engine bay fuse box and an interior fuse box. The 7.5 amp ACC fuse that you will need to pull prior to towing the vehicle for more than 8 hours is located in the interior fuse box in the #19 position. In order negate having to open the cover and pull the fuse each time you can install the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass part # RM76511 which will allow you to cut power to the fuse with the flick of a switch. You will need to replace the 20 amp fuse that is included with this harness with the 7.5 amp fuse you remove from the vehicle.
If the fuse is not present then you would not need to perform any other procedures.
