The Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars part # TH711420 that you referenced are just for the crossbars. In order to use these on the roof of your 2014 Toyota Prius V you are also going to need the Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars part # TH710501 and the Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit part # TH145129. Once you have acquired all of the components of the system you will not have any issues with your panoramic roof. You will however want to take a look in your vehicle's owner's manual for the roof's weight capacity.
In order to secure the bikes to the rack I recommend the Thule UpRide part # TH599000.
