Trailer Hitch and Cargo Carrier for 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question:

I have a 2015 dodge grand caravan with no roof rack. Id prefer not to install a roof rack at this point. I was looking at the RL100S30 bag. I saw some good reviews and some bad. I was just wondering if the problems with the small holes in it and the plastic hooks were fixed and not getting tight enough. I dont want it to fly off my van. I have 3 kids and 1 on the way : so need the extra storage when visiting family. Thank you
