Can I use without drilling the tow ready bracket part number 18144 on a factory equipped tow package in a 2016 Buick Enclave? Thanks!

To use the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 on your 2016 Buick Enclave without drilling, you will also need the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Short # 18140. This will mount around the cross tube of your trailer hitch and allow you to mount the bracket with no drilling required.
