Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2011 Keystone Copper Canyon 5th Wheel Camper
Question:
What are my options to mount a 2 inch receiver hitch to the rear of my 2011 Cooper Canyon 5th wheel camper

The most popular trailer hitch receiver for RVs and campers is the Curt # 13703 which fits frames that are 22" - 72" wide. Trailer hitch receivers for trailers aren't custom fit because they simply weld onto the frame and there aren't as many components as passenger vehicles.
If the frame on your 2011 Cooper Canyon 5th Wheel fits in that 22" - 72" wide area then this 2" receiver will work great for your application. This trailer hitch has a 3,500 lb Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) rating and a 350 lb Tongue Weight (TW) rating.
If you plan on using the trailer hitch for a bike rack you just need to make sure that the bike rack is rated and approved for use at the back of a 5th wheel trailer. One of our most popular options is the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR. This trailer hitch requires the use of a support strap # 18050 for all non-trailer loads like this bike rack per the Curt warranty.
Attached is a sample installation video of the trailer hitch so that you can get an idea of how the installation is done.
