The Trailer Wiring Junction Box # 38656 that you referenced is a general-purpose wiring box that is not specific to any type, brand or model of trailer so it definitely can be used on your 2014 Wilderness camper to make new wiring connections. This junction box is set up for a 7-way wiring configuration but it could still be used on a trailer that has more basic 4-pole wiring.
The box allows you to make solid and stable wiring connections between the lights on your trailer (and brakes too if it has electric brakes) and the connector like # H20046 that you plug in to your tow vehicle's 7-way socket. Ring terminals are needed on the wires to make the connections inside the box. You can use part # 44-5310A.
To help you with the wiring I linked an article that covers all formats of RV trailer wiring.
