Helpful Expert Reply:
The Curt MV Weight Distribution System w/ Friction Sway Control - Round Bar # C17062 and the 17022 you referenced is basically the difference between the old style and new style according to my contact at Curt. The newer style # C17062 has a built in grease zerk for easy maintenance where the older 17022 will require you to add grease to the round bar sleeve in the head with the bar removed and cleaning up the excess versus simply using a grease gun.
I've attached a review video to assist.
