I did some checking and the rail/bracket kit of the Curt EZR gooseneck hitch part # C60685 is made in the USA but the center section with the gooseneck ball is made overseas.
For a hitch that is a confirmed fit for your 2002 Ford F-Series Super Duty that is made in the USA totally we have the B and W hitch part # BWGNRK1108.
