Recommended Padlock Compatible with Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford Towing Prep Package
Question:
I believe the question was misunderstood, so let me clarify. I want to lock the rail adapter to the bed of the truck. When the handles are closed (to secure the rail adapter to the bed of the truck), a quick pin is inserted to prevent the handles from being opened. I’m guessing the quick pin is maybe 3/32”. It is unclear to me how the 5/16” padlock would be used to secure the adapter to the bed. Which is why I believe the question was misinterpreted. Please advise?
