Sounds like the trailer running light circuit is not working on your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and you are looking for the harness that needs a relay to activate it.
Trailer running lights not working with certain Nissan vehicles is a common problem with an easy fix. There is a relay for the trailer running light circuit that is located in the fuse box (in the cab). If that relay is missing or no longer functions then it can be replaced with one of the blue relays in the Curt Relay Kit # C57000.
The relay of the running light circuit on your Pathfinder is in the relay harness at the rear of the vehicle.
