2008 Nissan Frontier

The website said this would fit my 2008 Nissan Sentra, but when it arrived it was for a Nissan Frontier. I thought perhaps the Sentra and Frontier would have the same connectors for the tail lights allowing it to still work, but they do not. I was able to cut off the vehicle tail light connectors and splice the wires from this trailer harness to the wires for my tail lights, which did work, but it was more work and time involved than anticipated.

Hi Randy, I am sorry this harness did not fit your vehicle. Unfortunately, this harness is not confirmed to fit with your vehicle but Hopkins Harness HM11143675 will fit your 2008 Nissan Sentra. I apologize again for this issue.

This harness is designed as a replacement for an already existing 4 pole wiring harness. If the vehicle doesnt have the factory equipped 4 pole connector, youd need to use .

I looked all over where I live for the proper harness for my truck even the dealership didn't have one without cutting the original harness..I found one on their website and called them and got great service. Thanks etrailer.com

2006 Nissan Frontier

I have a 06 frontier without a tow package. this harness was supposed to deal with that issue. It did not. There was a problem with the turn signals. I ended up having to take it to the dealer to buy the relay needed for towing. So just beware.

I've ordered converters twice from this company. They have very speedy delivery, high quality products, & exceptional customer service. I've learned from experience that if their part doesn't solve my problem, then I've got something else going wrong! They are exceptionally patient & kind!

Your company is fantastic! Great customer service and it was the exact product we needed! Thank you

  • Towing Wiring Harness on 2006 Nissan Frontier Not Powering Up Running Light Circuit
I would recommend using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and test the the pin on the trailer connector that corresponds to the brown wire. I would recommend confirming that you definitely have the tow package, as part # 118339 will not work on vehicles without the OEM tow package. If this part is used on a Frontier without the tow package, the running light circuit will not work without adding a relay available from the dealer. Part # 33525 is designed for vehicles that are not equipped...

  • Installation a 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness on a 2006 Nissan Frontier
There are 2 different wiring situations for the 2006 Nissan Frontier. To determine which is the correct harness, you will need to determine whether or not your Frontier has a factory tow package. The Plug-N-Tow Wiring Harness, # 33525, will plug in between the male and female end of one of the sets of connectors underneath your 2006 Nissan Frontier. You will need to look behind the rear bumper on the driver side frame rail for the connection point. If your Frontier has the factory tow...

  • How to Wire for Towing Package on 2006 Nissan Frontier
All Nissan frontiers will have the tow package plug but may not be fully functional if the vehicle was not originally set up with tow package. All the connections must be complete for the T-Connector to function properly. You can test and verify the connector with a light tester like part # PTW2993. Regardless of whether or not the vehicle has the tow package, we have a Plug-N-Tow Wiring harness, part # 33525, that plugs into the wiring for the vehicle tail lights. You can also contact...

  • Installation of Wiring harness on a 2005 Nissan Frontier
The Plug-N-Tow (TM) Wiring Harness, item # 33525, will plug in between the male and female end of one of the sets of connectors that you are seeing. Once you separate the connectors it will be obvious whether you have the correct one or not. You are looking in the right area, behind the drivers side bumper on the frame rail. If your vehicle has the factory tow package then you would need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, item # 118263, to make the connection at the rear of your vehicle....

  • Recommended 4-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness for 2005 Honda Pilot
We offer three brand options in a 4-pole flat type trailer wiring harness for your 2005 Honda Pilot that will connect to your cargo carrier lighting kit. All are shown on the linked page and all are more or less identical, but we do tend to find that Tekonsha products are the most reliable in the long-term so I suggest part # 118336. Part # 33525 is a similar item for a Nissan Frontier but this does not fit your Pilot.

  • How to Install a 4-way Connector on a 2006 Nissan Frontier with the Oem Connector Cut Off
Without the connector there it would be very hard to determine what each wire does, we do not have a wiring schematic available so your best option would be to use a circuit tester like our part # PTW2993 and test the wires individually for function while someone applies the tail light functions of your tow vehicle. Check out the video I attached to get an idea of how this would be done. You would then need to run those wires by function to the 4-way. I attached an FAQ article on trailer...

  • Comparing the Trailer Wiring Harness Options for a 2006 Nissan Frontier
The Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118263, is designed to fit your 2006 Nissan Frontier as long as it has the factory tow package. On the other hand, Hopkins lists the # 33525, as a fit for all models of the 2006 Nissan Frontier. From what we have found, though, if the vehicle does not have the tow package, you will still need a relay available from the dealer in order to allow it to function. If your Frontier does not have the tow package, I recommend using the Curt Harness, # C56225, which...

  • Recommended Wiring Harness For A 2005 Nissan Frontier
When it comes to installing a wiring harness on your 2005 Nissan Frontier I recommend The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266. This wiring adapter connects quickly and easily with no cutting or splicing of wires. The wiring is constructed of 16 gauge bonded wire. The installation plugs are below: Locate 12-pin wiring harness behind passenger's-side kick panel and insert harness with relays Locate factory harness connection point behind driver's-side rear...

  • 5-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness for a 1999 Harley Electra Glide
I can tell you what you will need to install a 5-Way flat connector on your 1999 Harley Electra Glide but we do not have any custom fit wiring harnesses for any motorcycles. Harness # 33525 was designed for a 2005 or 2006 Nissan Frontier. All you really need is a vehicle side 5-Way connector such as # C58545. All you would need to do is splice in this harness to the appropriate wires on the bike. The white wire is ground, brown is running/tail lights. Yellow is normally left turn signal...

  • Availability of a Vehicle Wiring Harness for a 2013 Nissan Frontier
I have a solution for you, but the Hopkins Plug-N-Tow Wiring Harness, # 33525, will not fit the 2013 Nissan Frontier. The Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56225, is confirmed to fit your 2013 Nissan Frontier truck. The wiring harness will include the needed relays that will activate the lighting functions on your Nissan Frontier. I have attached a couple videos on this T-One harness for you to review. One is a general review of the harness and the other video...
