Best Ladder Rack and Tonneau Cover Recommendation for a 2016 Ram 2500 w/o RamBox

Question:

I have a 2016 Ram 2500 Mega cab 74" bed no RamBox. Best tonneau cover and rack combo. I would like both to be capable of being removed as needed without tools preferably.

The best tonneau cover and ladder rack combination for your 2016 Ram 2500 Mega Cab with a 74" bed and no RamBox is the TracRac SR # TA21501-03 and the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39213.

The TracRac SR has quickly become a favorite around here because it can be adjusted for varying load lengths plus it has a weight capacity of 1,250 lbs. It installs on top of the bed rails of your Ram which allows you to add a tonneau cover.

The Revolver X2 is my favorite cover to recommend because it combines the sleek look of a soft tonneau cover with the durability of a hard cover. It sits flush with your bed rails which gives it a really clean and professional look as well as allows you to use it with the TracRac SR.

This tonneau cover uses 1/4" thick aluminum slats and built-in latches to secure any gear in the bed of your Ram. If you have a locking tailgate then someone would literally have to bust through the cover to get your equipment with the tailgate locked.
